If you ever plan your trip to Paris, and I truly hope you do, you really don’t need to pay much attention on what time of the year it is. Paris is definitely one of these cities which is astonishing at literally every moment. Personally, I loathe rain, but even the rainy day looks good there. Even though this was my third time in Paris, autumn in Montmartre left me speachless again, so I wanted to share with you some spots and shots.
Just a bit left from Sacré-Coeur basilica, some people are waking up every day to this view. Well done.
I recommend you to start your tour just by walking behind the basilica, following the cobblestone paths, exploring narrow streets of this magical place.
Montmartre leaves you with that bohemian, artistic vibe, since this was a place where lot of artists from 19th century were living here, making their famous artworks and spending their nights at small Parisian caffès. By the turn of the 20th century, Montmartre had become the centre for all artistic and intellectual life in Paris.
Above all, make sure to stop by small, eye-catching restaurant Maison Rose (Pink House)
…and other typical Parisian restaurants and caffès.
Enjoy your Paris experience, and feel free to share it with me!
